This is a key role supporting the organisation to understand, monitor and improve performance across the business.Working to a strict reporting timetable, you will collect, collate and analyse performance data, producing high-quality KPI reports for senior stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to gather commentary and action plans, ensure data quality, and maintain clear, consistent KPI definitions.This role is well suited to someone who is methodical, quick to learn, and confident working with data in Excel and presenting insights via PowerPoint.Role purposeThe Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring robust, timely and insightful performance reporting.
