MEP Design Manager This established MEP Contractor who specialise in high rise domestic new build housing with values up to 100 million seek an experienced MEP Design Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design aspects of their construction projects. The successful candidate will lead the design coordination process, ensuring compliance with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards while delivering cost-effective and innovative solutions. MEP Design Manager Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the MEP design process from concept to completion. Ensure MEP designs align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines. Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Review and approve MEP design submissions, drawings, and calculations. Project Delivery and Compliance Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and regulations. Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring buildability and efficiency.
