Salary: -24,000 - -27,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE -30,000 - -35,000 in Year 1)

The Role
You''ll join an experienced team that specialises in recruiting skilled engineering professionals for some of the UK''s biggest Rail and Rolling Stock organisations.

You''ll start the role as a 360 Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new clients and bringing them into our portfolio, servicing the client requirements, managing existing client needs, placing candidates and identifying new sales pipelines, all of the training and guidance will be provided to you in order for you to do this successfully.

* Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
