We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us on a temporary basis in the capacity of Production Operative, on a fixed term basis for six months. At SEM, our Production Operatives work as part of a production cell team to manufacture the parts and the final assembly of high quality electric motors. This requires an attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions. You will be responsible for contributing towards the achievement of the production cell s targets, ensuring the products achieve the quality standards, are delivered on time and are built within the required time requirements. Responsibilities include: Carrying out the assembly of motor products by multi-skilling across five process points within the production function. Ensuring that work is produced to an acceptable quality standard before submitting to the next step in the process and ensuring that the speed of production is adequate to meet the agreed output standards.
