This role comes as part of a major new contract win, and offers long-term security, varied day-to-day work, and the chance to be part of a growing, respected company!The successful Static Building Services Engineer will:Carrying out regular PPMs and breakdowns on all mechanical plant and electrical systems. Working in a distribution centre based in Sherborne, Dorset. Completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other mechanical plant.Complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance.Participate in a callout rota of 1 in 3, with a standby of 140 a week.Static Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.To qualify for this position as a Static Building Services Engineer, you must:Hold a City and Guilds or NVQ, and ideally an 18th Edition or qualification in Electrical Installations.Have experience in facilities and building maintenance, and good knowledge of mechanical plant and general building services.The Static Building Services Engineer will be on 38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
