Unlike roles that restrict you to managing isolated work packages, this position gives you overall commercial control of the entire project, reporting directly to a Senior Commercial Manager as part of a high-performing site team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject-Level Ownership: Lead and manage the commercial function across the full project life-cycle, driving commercial governance, risk management, and profitability.NEC Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, variations, compensation events, and cash flow maximisation under NEC contract frameworks.Subcontractor and Cost Management: Lead subcontractor procurement, account valuations, and final account negotiations to control costs and mitigate risk.Financial Reporting and Forecasting: Deliver accurate commercial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow reporting, and risk schedules directly to senior stakeholders.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop junior members of the site commercial team.What We Are Looking ForEssential Criteria:Commercial Leadership: Extensive experience as ..... full job details .....
