Senior Residential Support Worker Location: South Coast England Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £31,824 £32,656 The Role We''re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children''s residential home, supporting the management team in leading day-to-day shift operations and delivering high-quality care to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a step up from a standard support worker role. You''ll be leading and mentoring a team, holding supervisory responsibilities, and playing a key part in ensuring the home meets the highest standards of care in line with the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015.
