We re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and develop a client-focused team, driving strong commercial performance and an excellent customer experience. You ll take ownership of day-to-day team performance, with a focus on improving conversion, protecting margin and supporting revenue growth. You ll coach and motivate your team, build strong client relationships and use performance data to identify opportunities and continually improve results. About the candidate You ll be an experienced people manager with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of developing high-performing teams. You ll be confident managing KPIs, coaching individuals and using performance data to drive improvements. A natural communicator and relationship builder, you ll be comfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and negotiating when required. You ll be proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance excellent customer service with achieving commercial results.
