The Role:Our client is currently looking for an experienced and proactive Assembly Team Leader to join their operations team in Leicester. This is a hands-on role, leading a team of operatives to ensure production targets, quality standards, and HandS requirements are consistently met across our assembly lines.Key responsibilities: Supervision and guidance - Oversee daily operations of the team of between 6 to 8 people.
