You must be committed to deliver results and not be afraid of hard work If you have experience of preparing food with fresh, high quality local ingredient then we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should have a Minimum of 8 years catering experience. Progression through the Snr roles, showing development in equivalent, Food operations, awareness of Health and Safety / Food safety Protocols. NVQ 3 or equivalent.
