Work with multifunctional teams to drive sales, increase market share, grow turnover, and manage profitability within the L’Oréal Consumer Products Division Amazon business.Shape the Amazon Flywheel:

Leverage Amazon’s ecosystem by managing commercial spend, optimizing stock, and activating marketing levers to drive traffic, conversion, and brand presence.Stakeholder Influencer:

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for your category and aligning strategies to achieve goals.Data Analysis:

Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions.Operational Excellence:

Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to develop accurate forecasts, manage budgets, and optimize processes.Who You Are:Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem (optional but advantageous).Resilient, driven, with a proactive attitude.Organized with attention to detail.Effective under pressure with strong communication skills.Experience in eCommerce or Amazon is preferred.Analytical, numerate, entrepreneurial, creative, adventurous, and ambitious.What We Offer:
