As a Working Foreperson, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. Requirements Proven experience as a Working Foreperson (or Senior Tradesperson stepping up) in refurbishment and fit-out works.Skilled trade background - ideally carpentry, masonry, roofing, decorating, or similar.Excellent understanding of Health and Safety and site management practices.Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.Confident reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Punctual, professional, and reliable.
