The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or lettings negotiator and be target-driven. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, and provided with details of the conveyancing process, converting as many leads as possible.Prepare and send out quotations.Communicate and build strong relationships with the client''s network, solicitors, and conveyancers.Problem-solve any client issues, including matters impeding the progress of a sale.Update department systems where necessary.Qualifications:Experience as a sales or lettings negotiator.Target-driven and goal-oriented.Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and skills.Proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement and embracing new ideas.Reporting Line: You will report to the Conveyancing Manager.About Our Client: As one of London''s leading property ..... full job details .....
