A well-established family-run dealership in Bicester is seeking an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their busy team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable automotive business that has been successfully operating for over 50 years. The successful individual-will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both trade and retail customers, ensuring accurate parts identification, prompt picking, and efficient dispatch while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Salary ranging from -29,000 to -30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of the Parts Advisor:

• Deal with trade and retail customers face-to-face, via email, and over the phone regarding parts enquiries and sales
• Accurately identify parts, process orders, and ensure swift dispatch
• Carry out stock control and parts supply to workshop technicians
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and develop product knowledge
• Work collaboratively within a team, reporting to the Parts Manager
• Manage parts inventory, including stock checks and replenishment
• Support the workshop with parts supply and technical support as necessary

Requirements of the Parts Advisor:

• Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Parts Advisor within an franchised automotive dealership
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is advantageous but not essential
• IT literate, with experience using electronic parts catalogue systems
• Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with an engaging and professional manner
• Reside within a reasonable commute of Bicester
