I am looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a person centred domiciliary care service in Coventry. You''ll ensure high standards of care, support your team, and drive service growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team delivering person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
• Oversee care assessments, planning, and reviews
• Recruit, train, and develop care staff
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements
• Participate in the on-call rota as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in domiciliary care management
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
