We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis within welcoming primary school settings across Oldham.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day. You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, working with small groups or providing general classroom support.

We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working within a UK school setting is essential.
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• SEN experience is highly desirable.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification (such as CACHE, Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) is desirable.
• A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, caring and positive approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
• Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding children.
