Project Manager Opportunity - Leading MandE Contractor - Glasgow We are working with a leading MandE contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. The business has an excellent reputation within the commercial fit-out and data centre sectors and, following a number of recent project wins in Scotland, is looking to strengthen its regional delivery team. This is a varied Project Manager position overseeing projects ranging from 100k through to 5m, with responsibility across mechanical, electrical, fit-out and associated civil packages. The Role Manage MandE and associated construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Oversee projects ranging in value from approximately 100k to 5m. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, fit-out and civil work packages. Manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers. Take responsibility for programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance. Work closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams. Manage procurement and ensure materials and subcontract packages are delivered in line with programme. Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions. Chair and attend client, subcontractor and internal progress meetings. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
