Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager or Building Services Manager required for a London based, mechanical and building services contractor.

This is a permanent position

Predominately a site based role the successful Project Manager will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical engineering or building services sector.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
• Experience delivering both-Design & Build-and-Build-Only-projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Consulting Engineers, clients, and contractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mind-set with exceptional organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, building services, or project management (HNC/HND/Degree).

The majority of projects are within London
