Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of large-scale and strategically important projectsDevelop and maintain clear project plans, milestones and delivery timescalesManage project governance, reporting, actions, risks and issuesProvide clear visibility of project progress, dependencies and delivery statusBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partnersSupport the delivery of a 24 million Council Housing Acquisition and Investment ProgrammeManage delivery of a five-year housing strategy and associated implementation activityEnsure appropriate governance and risk management arrangements are in placeTrack the use of MHCLG grant funding and support associated reporting requirementsCoordinate annual statutory reporting to MHCLG from spring 2027Produce quarterly delivery and monitoring information as requiredSupport the design and implementation of a local licensing scheme for supported exempt accommodationMonitor project costs, benefits and ..... full job details .....
