Simpson Judge are working with a PE backed creative studio in their search for a Group Financial Controller, ideally with a background in Transaction Services.This role is responsible for overseeing financial processes, reporting, compliance, and team management across multiple business units, while ensuring integration of new operations and maintaining strong internal controls. It involves preparing group-level financial reports, monitoring key obligations, leading a finance team, and working with internal and external stakeholders to support the organisation’s objectives.Background and training in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services highly desirable.Oversee and improve financial processes, systems, and controls across multiple locations.Prepare consolidated financial reports for senior leadership.Monitor compliance with key financial and contractual obligations.Manage integration of newly acquired operations into the existing financial framework.Lead and review the work of the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Liaise with internal teams and external partners such as auditors and advisors.Maintain awareness of relevant financial reporting and compliance standards.Participate in onsite activities to support organisational culture.For more info, apply now.Seniority level
