Due to increased demand within the department, our client now has a requirement for a Quality Inspector. 365 Resourcing is the preferred supplier to Mazak. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Assurance (QA) team as a Quality Inspector. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product standards and supporting continuous improvement across production. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Customer Parameter Comparisons (full training provided). Perform Test Bar Run-Out, Micro Log, and Smart Vibe checks (training provided). Conduct final machine inspections as part of the Customer Ready Gateway (CRG) process. Follow and complete the Machine Power-Off procedure. Assist with quality investigations and root cause analysis when issues arise. Support Customer Satisfaction Investigation Reports (CSIR) through countermeasure validation. Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the site. Essential Criteria: A strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset. Ability to build positive relationships with assembly and production teams. Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable. A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
