Site Manager Required in Central London

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential and commercial construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious commercial new build project in the heart of Central London.

Project Details:

• Location:-Central London
• Project:-Demolition and construction of an 8,500 sqft CAT A commercial development
• Project Value:5m
• Programme:-68 weeks
• Salary:55,000 - -65,000 + package

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

• You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget
• Monitor and manage all site activities to ensure works are completed safely and to the highest quality
• Coordinate subcontractors and programme works effectively
• Work closely with the commercial team throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting
• Build positive relationships with clients and consultants
• Manage Health & Safety across site
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
• Experience working on new build developments
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organisational ability
• Positive and professional approach
