Job Title: Production Scheduler Location: North East Salary: £34,000 £36,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, free on-site parking, excellent progression opportunities Job Description: As a Production Scheduler, you ll take full ownership of delivering accurate and achievable finite manufacturing schedules to ensure smooth production flow and maximum efficiency. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, this role requires a proactive individual who can balance short-term production demands with long-term planning objectives. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and monitor finite manufacturing schedules. Act as the first line of scheduling support for production teams. Review and provide capacity information to guide decisions. Build an in-depth understanding of manufacturing operations to enhance scheduling accuracy. Monitor and report on KPIs to drive performance. Provide cover and support to other areas of planning as required. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in finite manufacturing scheduling (essential). Excellent IT skills, especially Excel. SAP experience advantageous (training provided).
