You will gain exposure to a variety of formal insolvency procedures and have the opportunity to contribute to case strategy, investigations, and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Liquidations.Preparing statutory reports and correspondence.Conducting investigations and asset realisation work.Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.Supervising and mentoring junior team members.Supporting business development initiatives where appropriate.Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.About YouPrevious experience within a corporate insolvency or restructuring team.Good technical knowledge of insolvency procedures and ..... full job details .....
