Role: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Dudley
Hours of Work: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Hourly rate: £12.82ph

Pertemps are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Data Entry Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Dudley area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and Excel skills, looking to secure full-time, ongoing work with a reputable employer. Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately inputting high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and internal management reporting systems
- Maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation and reports
- Following established admin procedures and ensuring data integrity
- Handling routine and repetitive data entry tasks with focus and consistency
- Supporting the admin and operations team with general office duties as required

Successful candidates will have:

- Proven experience in administration, office support, or data entry roles
- Strong Excel skills – confident with spreadsheets, formulas, and data handling
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks
- Reliable, organised, and proactive with a good work ethic
