As a manager, you will be implementing changes to constantly improve processes and ensure the operation is as smooth as possible.What you will need;Mechanical design experience of complex parts, ideally within the Automotive or Motorsport industries.Creo CAD experience would be advantageous, however experience with other CAD software and a willingness to learn Creo is fine.Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on multiple projects at once.For the more senior roles, previous leadership experience of teams is crucial.
