We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie looking to step up to join a successful company owned high volume day time only restaurant serving predominantly fresh food menus.

You will need your own transport to get here.

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU?Experience as a junior sous chef/chef de partie gained working in high volume restaurants, contract catering operations, pubs etc

A background preparing, producing and cooking core company menus

Passion for cooking using fresh ingredients

A hands-on approach and willingness to learn

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF- YOU WILL:

Prepare and cook the seasonally changing company menus

Work alongside the senior chefs and FOH teams

Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures

Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems and procedures are adhered toAPPLY TODAYPlease note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
