An experienced Finance Manager is required to take the financial lead for a newly mobilised healthcare services contract generating more than £17m in annual revenue. The Role As the Finance Manager, you''ll: Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting alongside senior operational managers. Deliver accurate monthly accounts, weekly reporting and detailed variance analysis. Identify financial risks and opportunities and support actions to improve performance. Maintain robust controls across income, costs, stock, billing and debt collection. Analyse labour, subcontractor and rechargeable costs to support commercial decisions. Provide financial insight and challenge to operational and senior stakeholders. Identify, calculate, document and support negotiations for contract variations. Improve finance processes and strengthen commercial awareness across the contract.
