This role is crucial for leading the quality assurance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement functions, ensuring that services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with statutory, contractual, and customer requirements.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the quality assurance and performance management functions, providing independent scrutiny and assurance of service delivery, compliance, and customer outcomes.Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance framework to ensure services meet all regulatory standards and contractual obligations.Provide professional advice and assurance on service performance and quality to the Head of Repairs and Maintenance.Design and deliver a programme of audits, service reviews, quality inspections, and assurance activities across operations.Monitor and evaluate service performance through detailed reports and dashboards, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Lead contractor challenge and recovery activities, and support staff management to ensure effective service delivery.Review and monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and service standards.Investigate service failures and recommend ..... full job details .....
