As Head of Travel Design, you''ll work closely with the MICE sales team to develop compelling, bespoke proposals that win business. You''ll need a deep knowledge of MICE product and destinations, and a creative mindset that brings client briefs to life with flair, precision, and commercial savvy. With a starting salary of circa 35k pa - 40k pa dependent on experience, plus additional benefits and being part of a great DMC, you can forge a long term career, this is a great move for you if you have two years within a similar role.
