About the Job Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this is a broad HR Advisor position with a particular emphasis on employee relations. You will be a key point of contact for managers across the organisation, providing practical advice on complex people matters and helping ensure employment legislation, internal policies and good HR practice are applied consistently. Alongside managing your own ER caseload, you will coach managers, contribute to HR projects and policy development, and use people data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
