No travel required-stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Repair: Execute PPM schedules and respond to reactive breakdowns across lighting, power, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.Fault Finding: Diagnose technical issues quickly across both electrical and mechanical assets.Compliance: Conduct statutory testing (e.g., emergency lighting, fire alarms, water hygiene/L8) and log results via our digital CAFM system.Safety: Ensure all work adheres to HandS regulations, RAMS, and permit systems.RequirementsQualified: Level 3 NVQ/City and Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical).Experienced: Proven background in commercial building services.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
