We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead the ZEISS Vision brand extension, part of the incubation project to deliver the company’s growth ambition. In this capacity they will be responsible for the design of a consumer centric strategic vision, lead the development of Go to Market toolkits across all touchpoints and new product development pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing category, working cross-functionally and globally to bring ideas to life and achieve our goals.The role of Global Senior Marketing Manager will involve:Prepare for the launch of the incubation project and achieve sales consumption and share objectivesLead the development and roll-out of a new global packaging design ensuring consistency with brand equity and strong on-shelf stand outDevelop global marketing campaign from brief to roll out. Work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling content across the full funnel and channels.Create fully integrated global toolkits including claims, media strategy, consumer and Eyecare Professionals content (ECP), shopper and e-commerce.Guide the development and refinement of current and future forecast for the project.Shape the pipeline development by identifying consumer trends and innovation spaces.Create a high-performance culture that instills creativity and teamworkYour ExperienceAs a Global Senior Marketing Manager you will have:Minimum of 10 years of business experience in brand marketing roles, ideally with both local and regional / global scope in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Over the Counter medicine (OTC) environmentProven record of delivering outstanding results and driving sustained business growthCollaborative, curious, entrepreneurial and comfortable working within the ambiguity and complexity of an incubator projectStrong PandL / financial management and proven business acumenAbility to think strategically and execute pragmatically in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing cross-functional and cross-geographical project teamsExperience in New Product Development, from ideation to launchPrevious experience working with digital and e-commerce channelsExperience of developing claims and working with regulatory teams is an advantagePrevious experience of managing direct reportsPassion for healthcare category is a plusRequires 20% international travel10% Employer pension contribution (providing a 4 % employee contribution).Private BUPA healthcare (individual, couple or family).Life assurance.Professional body subscription paid for by ZEISS.25 Days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with service.Free ZEISS lenses for you and discounted ZEISS lenses for your friends and family.Employee health and well-being programme including premium access to the Calm app.Apply now to take the next step in joining ZEISS, where you can push technological boundaries, shape markets and contribute to the advancement of society.Kate Campbell_______________________________________________________________________________Diversity is a part of ZEISS.
