• 20 hours a week over 4 days (Mon to Fri)
• Flexible start and finish times
• Permanent

A family-owned engineering firm, going strong for over 50 years, needs a down to earth HR Assistant. 

This is not a corporate office but it is a busy, friendly place with a proper shop floor.

You''ll help with:

• Recruitment paperwork
• Return to work interviews
• Training records and compliance etc.
• Basic payroll (full training given)

You''ll suit this if you:

• Have worked in or around HR, even if it wasn''t your main job
• Are easy to get on with and can hold your own
• Won''t be fazed by shop floor banter or the odd bit of colourful language
• Can do extra hours now and then to cover holidays

No CIPD or formal HR qualifications needed. Personality matters more here.
