Support children''s personal, social, and emotional development. What We''re Looking For: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). A genuine passion for working with young children. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
