Executive Assistant - 12 Months - £225 p/d inside IR35 - Hybrid One of our government clients is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join them in a 12 month contract. This role is inside IR35 and offering £225 per day. They are hybrid working and can offer bases in London, Manchester or Bristol, 2 days per week onsite.You will work with multiple Deputy Directors in digital leadership and will need to balance the differing priorities across these individuals. You will heavily feature diary and travel logistics for those deputy directors, in addition to managing expenses and communicating with other teams. You will act as an intercalator across government and external stakeholders. Skills and experience required: Private Office/senior administrative experience, including diary and mailbox management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational, prioritisation and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and ensure high-quality outputs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, building effective relationships across senior leaders, teams, and external partners. Resilience, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving, with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
