Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is a well established mechanical and electrical engineering company, who are looking to bring on board an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis. For this role they are looking for someone who has experience with the COINS accounting system. For this role the key responsibilities will be: Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching, and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements and handling payment runs Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Assisting with month-end procedures Using the COINS system for daily tasks and reporting Requirements: Must have experience using the COINS accounting system Prior experience in a purchase ledger / accounts payable role Background in construction, engineering, or similar industries preferred High level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive approach ..... full job details .....
