Its broad appeal makes Rosies a go-to late-night destination for a wide audience.We’re looking for a confident and commercially driven General Manager to take the lead at this flagship venue. You’ll be the face of Rosies, a natural networker who thrives on building relationships across the city and energising the student market with tailored events and offers.About you and the roleYou’ll be responsible for driving sales through creative promotions and partnerships, maintaining high operational standards across all areas of the venue, and leading a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellence.Behind the scenes, you’ll manage costs and performance metrics to ensure strong commercial results, while out front, you’ll keep Rosies at the centre of Chester’s nightlife through your connections with student unions, event promoters, and licensing bodies.If you’re an experienced operator with a passion for nightlife, a talent for team leadership, and a flair for creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in one of Stonegate’s most exciting venues.
