The successful candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment in a dynamic industrial environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.Responsibilities:Maintain and service production equipment including motors, conveyors, and transmission systemsInspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery efficientlySupport installation of new equipment and upgradesProduce maintenance reports and perform routine safety checksDesign and fabricate parts for repairsAssist with apprentice training and mentoringUndertake general facilities maintenanceSkills and Experience:Proven industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical, electrical, and PLC knowledgeExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBasic computer and report writing abilitiesPhysical fitness and ability to handle heavy equipmentDesirable:Experience with Fiix CMMS or similar softwareKnowledge of BRC standardsPrevious industrial environment experienceProfessional, proactive, and team-orientedAble to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyEnergetic and enthusiastic about maintenance excellencePosition details:Contract: PermanentSalary Range: £35,000 - £45,000Hours: 40 hours per weekShifts: Currently 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (with 5:00 PM finish on Fridays).
