We are looking for a dynamic and values-driven Senior Service Manager to join our West London and West England Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of homelessness services spanning outreach, prevention, housing first and housing-led support and recovery-focused provision across Oxfordshire and Reading. Working closely with the Regional Head, you will play a central role in the leadership of services across the region. You will provide strategic and operational oversight, support the development of managers and teams, strengthen relationships with commissioners and partners, and help identify opportunities to further expand and improve our services. You will act as a key member of the regional leadership team, supporting the delivery of directorate objectives and providing leadership across the region''s homelessness response.
