Your new companyYour new role will be working for a leading Facilities company who are looking to onboard a Multi Skilled Painter within their estates team.Your new roleCarry out internal and external painting, decorating, and surface finishing to a high professional standard.Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and sealing to ensure long-lasting results.Apply a variety of finishes such as gloss, emulsion, varnish, stains, and specialist coatings.Perform touch-ups and remedial work after repairs or installations.Assist with basic repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures (e.g., plaster patching, minor joinery, sealant work).Support wider facilities maintenance tasks as required, including minor plumbing or carpentry tasks depending on skill level.Identify defects in the building fabric and report or repair them where appropriate.Follow all company and site-specific HandS procedures, including safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.Complete necessary paperwork including risk assessments, job sheets, and compliance records.What you''ll need to succeedFor this role you will need;- NVQ in Painting- Previous experience working within a commercial setting- Multi skilled in various tradesWhat you''ll get in returnIn return you will gain a contract with a leading facilities company who are paying a competitive salary.What you need to do nowIf you''re ..... full job details .....
