The Role Reporting to the Divisional HR Manager, the HR Manager plays a key role in business partnering with the General Manager. As a member of the senior leadership team, they are responsible for managing all local people priorities. This role is 100% site based and is essential in creating a positive work environment and ensuring the efficient operation of the Aldershot site. Build strong relationships with key business partners, establish clear accountabilities and ensure that value adding HR activities are delivered, operating as a member of the site leadership team. Work with other members of the site leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies to support the delivery of the site s plans. Work with and support the site teams to ensure local processes such as sickness absence monitoring, internal recruitment, training processes and payroll are managed efficiently.
