Pre-Compliance Agent

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Pre-Compliance Agent to join a training and apprenticeship provider in Slough, helping learners get everything in place to start their training.

You''ll contact learners being enrolled by their employers, gathering the documents needed ahead of their start date and supporting them through the process. These are warm, supportive conversations with no cold calling involved.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys a busy environment and can balance a fast pace with excellent attention to detail.

Benefits and Package for a Pre-Compliance Agent:

• Salary: -15.38 per hour
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Contract: Temporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent
• Location: Slough Trading Estate, office-based
• Quarterly performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities of a Pre-Compliance Agent:

• Contacting learners by telephone to gather the documents required before they start their training
• Working with the sales team to understand the requirements for each learner group, which vary depending on the client and training programme
• Collecting documents such as ID, right-to-work evidence, learner CVs, skills assessments, Pre-Compliance etc.
• Supporting learners with completing their documents, including helping them put together a CV over the phone where needed
• Following up on outstanding information and prioritising workloads to meet training start dates
• Maintaining accurate records and passing gathered documentation to the compliance team for review
• Providing a friendly, efficient and supportive experience throughout the enrolment process

• Strong customer service skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage different requirements across multiple learner groups
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• A calm, adaptable approach to working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Clear communication skills, with the patience to guide learners through unfamiliar processes
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and confidence following up on outstanding documents
