My client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. In this role, you''ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, while receiving hands-on training and support to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be original contact point for any IT queries
• Escalate issues where needed
• Setup and configure Laptops, Desktops and Accounts
• Support Hardware & Software
• Diagnose Hardware and Software Issues

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT Support
• Keen interest to train and learn
• Degree or previous experience in IT or related field
• Knowledge of Windows or macOS, Office 365 and basic Networking.
