The role focuses on financial administration, invoicing, proof-reading, client and project database management, and bid production.You''ll be joining a social, friendly company with a fantastic culture, where collaboration, teamwork and a positive working environment are valued.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to Partners and the wider team.Provide holiday cover and wider secretarial support.Arrange meetings, travel, hotels and events.Produce bids, client documents, project profiles and presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.Manage project portals, client/project information and databases.Maintain financial trackers and support fee forecasting, invoicing and reporting.Raise, check, receipt and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.Support Business Development through content production and management.Support the onboarding of new employees and advise colleagues on branding, tools, resources and policies.Handle correspondence, calls and queries professionally.Proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and a high standard of presentation.Provide general administrative and ad hoc support, ..... full job details .....
