This lovely setting is on the lookout for passionate, dedicated, and innovative practitioners to join their team. They are seeking a genuine and passionate childcarer with a love for early years education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of young children.

What the nursery needs from you:

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)• Experience within an Early Years leadership role• Confident decision-maker, with previous experience providing support and leadership to others to enable staff to fulfill their roles and responsibilities• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children• Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents• Ability to use various techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with children and adults

Your nursery duties will include:

• Taking charge of a key group of children• Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop• Planning and providing effective care, teaching, and learning• Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children• Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, carers, or other professionals to meet the individual needs of children• Making accurate and effective use of assessments reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of development of individual children.
