The ChallengeAdobe is seeking a Head of Benefits, EMEA to lead the execution and optimisation of Benefit programs across the region reporting into the Director, Compensation and Benefits EMEA.What youll doDevelop and lead a team of benefits professionals to support the design, execution and communication of benefits programs across EMEADrive the implementation of key benefits initiatives incorporating local insights, market trends and employee feedback to ensure relevance and impact. Programs include retirement, insured benefits, health and wellbeing, time-off and leave and work and lifeLead regional retirement and risk plan governance including pension committees and trusteesCollaborate with partners in business partnering, Employee Resource Centre, procurement, payroll, technology and legal to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of programs.Coordinate vendor relationships, ensuring performance against budget and agreed service level agreementsResponsibility for driving the use of data and analytics to generate insights that inform strategy, program effectiveness and decision makingSupport benefits related communications and change management ensuring clarity and engagementWhat you need to succeedProven experience as a people manager, ideally leading benefits teams in a matrixed, multinational environmentA minimum of 10 years benefits experience, with a strong focus on EMEA benefits across all core areas: retirement, insured benefits, health and wellbeing, time off and leave and work and lifeStrong communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and drive engagement across diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to influence and build relationships cross functionallyA customer focused mentality, with a track record of delivering solutions that enhance the employee experienceComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and fluid environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
