Planned Works Site Manager Location: Norwich and surrounding areas Sector: Social Housing Contract Type: Permanent (or temp-to-perm depending on experience)We re currently working with a well-established social housing contractor who is looking to appoint experienced Planned Works Site Managers to deliver projects across the Norwich area. This role will suit someone with a strong background in managing planned maintenance programmes within occupied social housing environments, with a focus on quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.The Role You ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of planned works projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Projects may include:Kitchens and bathroomsRoofing and external worksCladding and envelope worksDecarbonisation / retrofit projectsInternal and external refurbishmentsYou ll manage site teams and subcontractors while liaising closely with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site operations from start to completionEnsure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standardsOversee subcontractors and direct labourMaintain high standards of health and safety and site complianceAct as the main point of contact for residents and stakeholders on siteCoordinate materials, labour, and logisticsReport progress and issues to senior managementWhat We re Looking ForProven experience as a Site Manager on planned works social ..... full job details .....
