Essential Requirements - Valid CSCS Card- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall, ideally in industrial environments. - Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. - Ability to work proactively in high-pressure scenarios. - Excellent awareness and communication skills. Desirable (Not Essential) - Traffic Management (TM) training or qualifications.
