What You Will Do:

- Maintain equipment to the highest standards across manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on FA3.

- Deliver non-intrusive preventative maintenance and intrusive maintenance work out of production time.

- Respond to breakdowns quickly and safely, minimising downtime and supporting reliable equipment performance.

- Drive cost reduction by finding root causes of faults and implementing permanent corrective actions.

- Reduce breakdowns by applying Kaizen principles and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to service and repair objectives while supporting Health and Safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and environmental standards.

What You Will Bring:

 - Previous experience in a maintenance operations role within manufacturing, with mechanical and electrical competence.

- Knowledge of electrical control and mechanical systems, supported by relevant indentured or advanced modern apprenticeship experience.

- Comfort with Microsoft Packages (for example, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with maintenance reporting expectations.

- A proactive, team-oriented approach, able to prioritise work and make timely decisions in line with agreed procedures.

- Desirable: experience of CMMS systems and working knowledge of operating systems procedures and deliverables.
